		<description>Hello ! I am a big fan of Lipking's paintings. From time to time a check to see if there are some new works to admire.
Being influenced by both Zorn and Sargent,- I wonder if he does any grisaille underpainting, or whether he paints more like Schmid, a la prima. Being a painter myself ( I started rather late in life),I struggle with these things, and wonder if Lipking could comment about his own technique.
