Another wonderful thing is that the National Gallery is one of the few major museums that regularly has drawings on display. They have a small gallery where they rotate selections out of their great collection of old master drawings.</description>

After seeing fabulous Frans Hals, Titians, Velasquez&#039;, Vermeers and many other famous great artists in the nicely organized permanent collections, then standing in awe of the exquisite architecture of the National Gallery itself, I am really at a loss for words to describe it&#039;s vast greatness; not to mention it is absolutely free.
