I am an illustrator from India and an avid collector of Russian children's books. I think the Russian artists never got their due recognition and it is through blogs like your's that we can keep the legacy alive. Would anyone be interested in seeing more of Russian children's book art?

For another perspective on Medieval art, you may want to check out this medieval anatomical sculpture. It looks kind of mystical, in a sense. But back then, this was serious science.
