Since Quicktime is the native video codec for Macs all you really need is Quicktime Pro. The file size will be considerably smaller. If you don't have Quicktime Pro it's only $30.00 US. In After Effects you'll need to know the dimensions of the screen and the exact length of the video all the way down to the last frame. I hope that helps.
