		<description>Thanks for your comment, Cameron, but I have to disagree. I think you&#039;re misjudging the distance the animal&#039;s forelimbs extend below the top of the carpet of ferns in judging the perspective plane.

As it happens, Walters and Gurney have known one another for many years. It was through Walters that I was originally introduced to Gurney.</description>

If our eye-level hits the front diplodocus somewhere below or at its belly, why does our eye-level hit the one in the background at the top of its spine?
