Johnnie L is absolutely correct...Sean is truly gifted as an artist...if you know any of the models, then you know that it is the soul of a person that he captures...so much more than just an image of a form in space.
I love that Sean's art is exquisite and yet you don't have to think about it to get it...it is simply beautiful and real like the man and his amazing wife.

Sean is my sister's husband--not only is he remarkably accomplished, but probably one of the nicest guys around. I am truly proud to embrace him as my brother.

holy crap. i LOVE this. not just the clarity and detail, but the humor of painting a modern-day gothy tattoed woman in the style of a centuries-old portrait of someone's mother or patron....

Thanks for sharing Sean's work, Charlie. His pieces are stunning. All his subjects look as though they could either move or say something at any moment. Really amazing and better than a photograph.

cheers!
