The interesting point to these compositions is the aftermath. Fear yes - they make denial of our consumption habits impossible in the short term and make us tangibly aware of our own personal involvement in waste and destruction. It is alarming however that for the most part viewers of works such as these remain largely passive - consuming the works and the message without generating a counter response such as dramatic lifestyle changes and innovations in the use of waste - not just for art - but in our building construction, our furniture design, our attitude to transport etc. Here's hoping Chris's point is not lost on too many.

This work truly gives meaning to the numbers. Statistics written or stated are often not truly understood or even noticed. In this format, the significance of the numbers freighteningly clear. This is truly important art to be viewed by all. Thank you for the visual translation provided for our desensitized generation.

Definitely thought provoking. Does not leave you indifferent, that for sure. Beauty vs Chaos!

At first I didn't understand why you said his art was frightening. Now I understand your full meaning. It is quite scary. The sad thing is that this will probably get worse and worse every single day.

But on a positive note: What an imagination!
